Our Strategy:
We respect human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
and aim to provide assurance to our clients that we are meeting our commitments
to human rights.  We participate in selected human rights initiatives so that we can
contribute to the evolution of this important area.

TFW Printers Limited Policy:
TFW Printers respects human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Policy Rationale:
We believe that respect of human rights is central to sustainable value creation.
This Policy supports the following Business Principles:

• We act with integrity, fairness and transparency
• Our investment criteria take account of economic returns, environmental impacts, social consequences and human rights
• We treat people with fairness, respect and decency
• We provide healthy, safe and secure work environments
• We listen to neighbouring communities and take account of their interests
• We support human rights within our areas of influence

Applicability:
Every employee, director or manager of TFW Printers Limited company must follow this Policy.  Contract personnel working for TFW Printers Limited must also follow this Policy . Contractors and consultants are required to act consistently with this Policy when working for TFW Printers Limited as our agent, on our behalf or in our name on any business activity including when delivering outsourced services.

We apply this Policy in all joint operations where TFW Printers Limited is the operator. When participating in joint venture companies not under TFW Printers Limited control we encourage the adoption of a similar policy requirement.

Breach of a TFW Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. Contracted personnel who fail to comply with this policy may have their contract terminated not renewed or be subject to other appropriate action. TFW Printers Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Policy as required from time to time.

Policy Implementation:

To meet the requirements of this Policy, TFW Printers Limited will:

• Ensure that TFW Standards meet the requirements of this Policy with specific focus on Human Resources, Ethical Conduct and Social Performance

•  Act in accordance with the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights where our operations are located in areas of conflict or high human rights risk

•  Assess risk appropriately and ensure that public and private security providers working for or on behalf of TFW Printers Limited

• Conduct their operations with respect for human rights

•  Assess human rights risk in our supply chain and work with contractors and suppliers to manage these risks


When working for TFW Printers Limited, personnel must:

• Follow the requirements of the relevant TFW Standards in delivering their duties
• Ensure they are not complicit in any human rights abuses
• In line with the Speak Up (Duty to Report) Policy, report breaches or concerns of potential breaches of this Human Rights  Policy, including in the supply chain which they encounter during performance of their duties.
